Joseph Jusko is a Principal of Lee & Associates®– LA/North Ventura, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates®group of companies. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, Mr. Jusko specializes in office and industrial sales and leasing, investments and land acquisition/disposition throughout Northern Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
Throughout his career, Mr., Jusko has successfully negotiated sale and lease transactions for more than 20 million SF of space valued in excess of $900 million.
Career History/Professional Recognition
Prior to joining Lee & Associates®, Mr. Jusko served as the Associate Vice President for the San Fernando Valley office of Colliers Seeley. At this firm, he was responsible for industrial, investment, office and land transactions throughout Southern California and earned distinction for his performance in total sales and production.
